Supply Chain /Order Management Coordinator with Turkish

We are looking for both middle and senior specialists to join our client's operations in Krakow, Poland

*all candidates must be eligible to work in Poland

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from creation to delivery, including order updates, pricing verification, and system entry
Analyze stock levels and sales data to recommend order quantities and ensure product availability in cooperation with planning teams
Monitor order execution and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Proactively communicate with customers regarding delays, shortages, or any order-related issues
Handle product returns by organizing pickups and resolving return-related matters
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support reporting activities, contribute to process improvements, and assist in onboarding and supporting team members

Requirements

University degree
Very good command of English and Turkish (written and spoken)
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, customer service, procurement, or a similar role
Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
Results-driven attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
