Supply Chain & Order Management Manager (Production Coordination) #NKC

Manage customer accounts and respond to enquiries, requests, and order updates.

Process customer purchase orders, quotations, and order changes accurately and promptly.

Monitor order progress, delivery schedules, and shipments to ensure timely fulfilment.

Coordinate closely with internal teams including production, procurement, logistics, and sales to resolve order-related issues.

Keep customers updated on order status and proactively communicate any potential delays.

Maintain accurate order records and prepare relevant reports and documentation.

Support continuous improvement of customer service and order management processes.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
