【Supply Chain】Order management Specialist

1. Component Procurement & Supply Management

• Manage demand planning and procurement of assigned components, including supplier development, price negotiation, purchase order planning, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor material supply and demand based on orders and forecasts, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve supply issues.

2. Order & Shipment & RO requirement Management

• Manage orders, shipment arrangements, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor order status and inventory levels, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.

3. Cross-functional Communication & Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate material supply, order fulfillment, and shipment requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

4. Progress Tracking & Issue Resolution

• Track and report material availability, order status, and shipment progress.
• Identify potential risks, coordinate corrective actions, and follow through to resolution
