Supply Chain Planner (Temporary)
Your scope of work
Are you looking for an exciting temporary opportunity within a dynamic Supply Chain environment? Then this could be the perfect next step! This position offers a temporary contract for the period from January 2027 to June 2027.
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will focus on monitoring and optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring products move from our warehouse to our stores efficiently and cost-effectively. You will work closely with the wider Supply Chain and Warehouse operations and the technical teams to improve processes and support the implementation of new and innovative programs for the Benelux Supply Chain.
Your responsibilities include:
- Double the cross-dock flows and ensure minimal operational disruptions
- Analyze warehouse processes to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with the internal Demand Planners (or Forecasting and Replenishment team), Warehouse operations teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on the plan and execution
- Continuously monitor the execution of the plan and address any disruptions or risks with corresponding mitigation plan
- Manage and balance the inbound volume forecast to balance sales, costs and operational capacity
- Monitor operational KPIs, maintain reporting, proactively follow up on open issues and escalate as needed

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science & Analytics, Business Management, Engineering or Economics
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Business Analysis or Automation and Reporting
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel and big data
- A positive mindset, a structured and hands-on approach, strong communication skills
- SAP or any Supply Chain specific ERP system knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
