Supply Chain Planning Leader

This is a team leader role with 5-8 members.

• Translate business demand into executable supply plans and drive demand–supply alignment across Sales, PM, Engineering, and SQE.
• Own on-time delivery (OTD) performance and continuously improve lead time and execution efficiency.
• Manage supplier capacity, delivery performance, and overall supply reliability and flexibility.
• Lead risk management and issue resolution to ensure timely closure of critical issues across projects and customers.
• Enhance supply chain effectiveness by optimizing planning processes, resource allocation, forecast accuracy, and inventory management.
