Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data centre-related materials. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data centre infrastructure materials across multiple regions
- Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable and competitive supplier network to support business growth and operational continuity
- Lead RFQ processes, quotation evaluations, price negotiations, and contract management activities to secure competitive and commercially sound agreements
- Oversee purchase orders, supplier commitments, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
- Manage international trade processes including Incoterms, customs clearance, and import/export logistics across cross-border supply chains
- Conduct cost analyses and proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement optimisation
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to maintain adequate supply while minimising excess stockholding
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and cross-regional teams to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in cross-border procurement, supply chain, or import/export operations
- Demonstrated experience sourcing IT hardware such as servers, GPUs, networking equipment, or data centre infrastructure (is a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFQ processes, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and vendor management, paired with solid capabilities in cost analysis and inventory management
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international logistics frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders based in Chinese-speaking regions
