Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management of suppliers for GPUs, servers, network equipment, data center materials, and related services

2. Manage RFQs, bid comparisons, cost analysis, and contract negotiations to optimize price, payment terms, lead time, and quality protection

3. Coordinate cross-border purchase orders, import/export, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and goods acceptance to support project schedules

4. Establish procurement policies, approval workflows, supplier records, and inventory controls to ensure compliance, transparency, and traceability

5. Partner with technical, project, finance, and legal teams to manage supply disruption, price volatility, delivery delays, and other risks

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, logistics, international trade, engineering, or a related field

2. 5+ years of cross-border procurement, supply chain, or import/export experience; experience sourcing servers, GPUs, network equipment, or data center materials preferred

3. Familiar with vendor sourcing, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, delivery management, Incoterms, customs clearance, and international logistics

4. Strong cost analysis, inventory, and lead-time management skills; proficient with ERP systems and Excel

5. Strong Chinese and English communication skills; high integrity, risk awareness, negotiation ability, and cross-regional collaboration skills
