'ROLE:
- Manage the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse efficiently, maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Plan and put into practice inventory optimization strategies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the role, such as product creation, order processing, and invoice validation.
- Follow each order through its lifecycle, from creation until it reaches our warehouse and is received.
- Keep inventory management systems under review and maintain them.
- Manage service levels and stock turnover.
- Make purchasing more efficient, preventing stockouts and lowering stock turnover days.
- Work with other teams to preserve stock integrity and address operational requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
- 1–3 years' experience in comparable roles (Preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to assess stock data, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in service level control.
- Previous supplier negotiation experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
