Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

What you'll be doing:
- Handle suppliers: You'll set up new suppliers in our system and make sure all their information and contracts are up-to-date.
- Manage purchasing: You will be in charge of buying all the things we need for our operations in Egypt, North America, and Europe.
- Check invoices: You'll review invoices to make sure they match our purchase orders and receipts, and you'll help solve any problems with supplier bills to ensure they get paid on time.
- Solve problems: You'll be the main person to talk to suppliers and sort out any issues or questions they have.
- Keep things moving: You'll keep an eye on all pending requests in our system and process them every day.
- Know the market: You'll learn about local suppliers and prices to help us make smart buying decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, business, supply chain, or any related fields.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required C1 profile.
- 0-3 years experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and organized approach to work.
