Job Overview
As part of the Global Procurement team at SHL, your responsibilities will include supplier management, contributing to the sourcing strategy, price negotiation, contract management, and purchasing management.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for following all applicable SOPs and WIs at all times.
• Responsible for following the principles of GMP to the best of their ability at all times.
• Be part of the global strategy team: contribute ideas for cost savings and value creation, support the implementation of global team initiatives (RFPs, cost reduction campaigns, etc.), and report on progress, identified opportunities, and challenges. Design and conduct insightful research on suppliers, industries, and markets for assigned commodities, and synthesize the findings to help further develop the sourcing strategy.
• Work with other departments to meet customers' product requirements.
• Own specific supplier relationships:

•Represent the "Voice of the Supplier" within Procurement team and the supply chain, and in interactions with other departments. Implement agreed terms with suppliers in accordance with signed contracts to achieve cost savings.
•Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers for all purchases, including prices, discounts, delivery terms, and payment terms.
•Review supplier performance continually to develop optimal supplier strategies to maximize productivity.

• Provide analysis of existing requirements and pricing to ensure the most cost-effective options are being utilized.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to address improvement needs and provide better service to the whole group.
• Assign the above tasks based on staff qualifications, individual abilities, and organizational needs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
