Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work across a variety of business and technology initiatives focused on improving supply chain operational efficiency and system capability.

A significant focus of the role will be supporting the redesign and modernisation of a core transport planning platform used to manage and optimise freight operations, while also contributing to broader cloud migration and technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across a portfolio of transformation and technology initiatives.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across multiple business units.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes.
• Identify solution options, dependencies, risks, impacts, and opportunities.

You will bring

• Must have experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Supply chain environments.
• Demonstrated capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and solution analysis.
• Highly proactive and self-driven.
• Comfortable operating in complex transformation programs.
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative and attention to detail.
