Supply Chain Specialist (m/f)

• Ordering products from suppliers according to agreed plans and monitoring delivery schedules and stock availability
• Preparing and processing purchasing documentation, including purchase orders, incoming invoices, stock transfers, returns, credit notes, and debit notes
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating the return of long-term and excess stock
• Handling logistics and purchasing-related complaints with suppliers
• Coordinating imports from countries outside the European Union
• Supporting product recall activities and maintaining records of returned products
• Providing operational support to the Sales team regarding quotations, deliveries, product returns, reports, repairs, and customer requests
• Maintaining accurate customer and product master data, as well as purchasing and sales price lists
• Preparing inventory, expiry-date, purchasing, and other operational reports and calculations
• Ensuring that purchasing and sales documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived
• Identifying opportunities to improve ordering, delivery, and customer order-processing activities
• Reporting non-conformities, complaints, pharmacovigilance, and vigilance cases in accordance with company procedure

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• At least two years of professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, customer service, or a similar operational role
• The ability to work independently within established business processes and procedures
• Organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional communication with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Good understanding of purchasing, inventory, and reporting processes
• Active knowledge of English
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision is advantage
