Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and support demand planning, inventory management, cold chain operations, and supply chain coordination for fresh food products.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand and plan inventory levels based on sales trends.
  • Manage perishable inventory using FIFO principles and minimize spoilage.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound fresh food logistics while ensuring cold chain compliance.
  • Monitor quality control checks and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure product availability.
  • Investigate and resolve supply chain issues and inventory discrepancies.
  • Track KPIs, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process improvements through WMS/ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or fresh food operations.
  • Strong knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and cold chain management.
  • Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
