1. Handle customer forecasts, orders, deliveries, and inventory analysis and management.
2. Coordinate with overseas branches to resolve critical operational issues.
3. Collaborate with HQ, ODMs, and forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations and establish logistics guidelines.
4. Monitor delivery status for tenders, projects, events, and PC shows, and provide status updates.
5. Handle critical logistics issues by arranging shipping space and ensuring smooth delivery during peak seasons.
6. Coordinate customer inquiries regarding special import documentation and import restrictions.
7. Set priorities to meet business requirements and urgent country-specific requests.
8. Support the achievement of customers' annual business targets and forecasts.
