This is an opportunity to have broad influence across both provider and merchant experiences while helping modernize complex delivery operations.
Accountabilities:
- Own strategic delivery partner relationships from end to end, serving as the primary point of accountability for performance, growth, and operational excellence.
- Build strong partnerships and act as the internal voice of delivery partners, collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams to develop solutions that enable sustainable growth.
- Develop deep expertise in the platform and its capabilities, understanding how its technology can best support partner objectives and operational needs.
- Monitor integration health, understand the technical nuances of each integration, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and scalability.
- Partner closely with merchant-facing teams and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve outcomes for both delivery partners and merchants.
- Leverage data, performance metrics, and existing analytics structures to identify trends, establish best practices, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for each partner by understanding their business models, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate partner feedback and operational insights into actionable recommendations for product, process, and go-to-market improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical, partnership, or solutions-oriented role; experience working with carriers or delivery partners is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and delivering measurable improvements in growth, performance, or operational excellence.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, debugging workflows, and technical systems while collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience working with product or engineering leaders and translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to quickly master new products and technologies and use that knowledge to advise partners and influence product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and executive presence to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, complex B2B SaaS, high-growth startups, or enterprise retail environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with API documentation, observability platforms, SQL, Python, or engineering workflows is desirable.
- A consultative mindset combining technical depth, commercial awareness, and strong relationship management skills is highly valued.
- Competitive compensation package with an opportunity to participate in company equity.
- Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Quarterly broader-team on-site gatherings designed to strengthen collaboration and team connection.
- Opportunity to join an early-stage, well-funded startup where your work can have a direct and visible impact.
- Strong opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
