Serves as a subject-matter expert on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems.
Evaluates, monitors, and enhances WMS operations and provides expert technical advice to the Leadership Team.
Utilizes supply management functions and systems to include receiving, stowing, inventory control, packing, and transportation.
Designs and execute data queries to support workload analysis, performance reporting, and operational studies.
Provides both formal and informal training to personnel utilizing systems, databases and spreadsheets, enhancing their ability to navigate WMS and other systems.
