Supply Technician
This position is located at the Jicarilla Service Unit in Dulce, New Mexico. The position is responsible for all property and supply functions including procurement of supplies, inventory control storage, issuance, accountability, utilization, transportation, supply records management, equipment and reconciling equipment reports, redistribution of excess property, storage of supplies and forms. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
Incumbent maintains inventory control records using a computer tracking system for determining adequate level of supply for health care system in the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS). Incumbent is responsible for preparing and submitting reports on supply and property inventory in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and procedures. Incumbent is responsible for verification, timeliness, and accuracy of the supply and property inventory on a daily basis. Incumbent is responsible for preparing requisitions, purchase orders, property receipts and disposable documents, transportation documents, other correspondence, and acquiring completion of acquisition planning documents. Incumbent is responsible for purchasing direct issue of supplies or equipment on credit card or purchase order.

Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
