Support Agent

We are hiring a Support Agent to join our core team to replace a departing team member.
About the role
- Support for 2 iGaming products
- Work with chats, tickets, pending transactions, and sportsbook escalations
- Help identify and prevent fraud and abuse
- Rotating day and night shifts, 2/2
- 12-hour shifts, with 3 × 20-minute breaks
- Approximately 15 working days / 15 days off per month
- Around 6–8 night shifts per month
- 3-month probation period
- $1,000 fixed salary
- KPI bonuses based on monthly performance review, available after probation
Requirements
- B2+ English
- Fluent Ukrainian
- Previous experience in online casino/sportsbook customer support
- Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions
- Strong attention to detail and responsible approach to support tasks
- Long-term readiness to work night shifts (approximately 5–7 per month)
