Role Responsibility
Great with people? Passionate about technology? Help us bring the two together.
We are looking for someone who can help our Adult Social Care workforce get the very best from the digital tools and systems they use every day.
This is a fantastic time to join us. We are on an ambitious improvement journey, rethinking how our systems, processes and digital support can make work simpler, more intuitive and more effective.
At the heart of this role is people. You will help colleagues solve problems, understand systems and build the confidence to use technology effectively. Whether you are answering a question, creating straightforward guidance, investigating an issue or helping someone navigate a new way of working, your focus will be on making digital easier.
But we don't just want to fix today's problems. We want you to help us learn from them.
You will listen to our users, identify recurring themes and frustrations, and work with colleagues to find better ways of doing things. Your insight will help us improve our training, our support offer and the experience people have when using our digital tools.
If you are naturally curious, enjoy problem-solving, communicate brilliantly and get genuine satisfaction from helping someone go from “I can't get this to work” to “I've got it!”, this could be the role for you.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm and ability to learn, the confidence to ask questions, and the determination to find answers.
Come and help us make digital tools work better for the people who rely on them, and be part of shaping the next stage of our improvement journey.
