Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Coordinateand manage recurring activities, includingoperational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholderobligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.
- Produceand maintain dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards,providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performancemetrics.
- Serve as the first point of contact for BAUoperational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream orfunction, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
