Support analyst

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years hands on experiences on application support is preferable
• Good knowledge about banking and experiences to configuration, rule set up, troubleshoot is preferable.
• Knowledge in UNIX, SQL queries
• Knowledge in the areas of connectivity, routing, communication with network is highly valued.
• Knowledge about SIT, UAT and Production environments.
• Analytical skill to analyze the user requirements, investigating the issues and ability to provide resolutions to resolve the issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge and experience in Linux commands and SQL queries is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Address the operational queries raised by users and provide the necessary information to close the ticket.
• Perform and document SIT/UAT for the developments done on AMH.
• Support UAT on AMH, carry out investigations on issues reported and provide the effective fixes.
• Support and/or perform other tests when necessary, in UAT to ensure the environment is stable for the Testing.
• Prepare the necessary change details for the production releases.
• Any relevant tasks, which may present from time to time, related to the AMH project

Kindly take note of the following details for shift work

1. Shift Timing
   1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
   2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
   3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
   4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.
2. Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays on rotational shift basis
