Support Analyst x 2
Salary: No contractor fees / two pay runs per week
Contract to 30 June 2027 | Brisbane CBD (400 George Street) | Fulltime onsite
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit two Support Analysts (1 x Full-time, 1 x Part-time—with school-hours availability well suited). In this role, you will play a key role in providing additional Digital Platform support capacity across first-line support, incident and service request management, user access administration, and operational support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first-line service desk support to internal and external users of the department’s digital platform, acting as the primary point of contact for incidents and service requests.
Administer user access in accordance with departmental user access management controls.
Monitor the Digital Operations Support inbox and respond to user requests in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records for requests, incidents, and change requirements using Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence).
Contribute to continuous knowledge development and process improvement to build system confidence and operational efficiencies.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, clear, and friendly manner.
About You:
Demonstrated experience providing first-line application and technical support, user access administration, and incident resolution.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence) and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
Available for either full-time or part-time hours (part-time hours are well suited to school-hour availability).
Excellent communication skills, commitment to high-quality customer service.
