Support and Implementation Engineer

Description
We are looking for a Support and Implementation Engineer to help our customers get the most out of our ERP solutions. You will support customers and eventually manage implementations and daily use, resolving issues and keeping their implementation process and operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software support or implementation.
- Strong written and spoken English, with good people and communication skills.
- Hands-on SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in ERP domain implementation and support.
- Exposure to manufacturing operations (Concrete products are a plus).
