IT Support & Solutions Analyst
Melbourne | Hybrid | Flexible hours | 6-month contract

Peace of Mind IT is growing, and we're looking for a naturally curious IT analyst who loves getting to the bottom of a problem and never stops asking "how does this actually work?" If you treat every ticket as a chance to learn something new, you'll fit right in.

This is a Melbourne-based, 6-month contract with genuine flexibility — hybrid work (2 days from the office, 3 days from home) flexible hours, and the occasional client site visit to keep things interesting. It's a great fit for someone with solid hands-on experience who's hungry to sharpen their skills and grow across the full breadth of modern IT.

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac environments

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• A good grasp of networking (routers, switches, firewalls)

• Familiarity with IP Telephony solutions

• Experience with cloud services (Office 365 / Google Workspace)

• Cybersecurity awareness and sharp problem-solving instincts

• A customer-first attitude — and a real appetite to keep learning
