This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Support Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
What are we looking for?
- A strong background in IT, Economics, Management or Finance;
- Provide Level 1 and 2 user support, resolving requests quickly and effectively;
- Analyze profitability calculation figures and application feed issues;
- Improve support documentation and procedures, identify and implement process improvements, and contribute to internal projects that enhance support efficiency;
- Proficiency with SQL;
- Knowledge of SAP Business Objects, JIRA, Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps is a significant plus;
- Functional knowledge of investment banking operations and capital markets;
- Fluent in English.
