Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Support Call Center Agent for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.
We're looking for 1 full time agent (40 hours) and 1 part time agent (20 hours) to help field calls from investors, registered representatives and other industry professionals. Our Support Center is open Monday-Friday from 8AM to 8PM EST. Hybrid position, required to work 3 days in office and 2 remotely. Start date: 8/24
