Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer support requests within agreed timelines.
• Provide user training and product demonstrations.
• Report system issues, bugs and customer feedback.
• Escalate technical issues for resolution.
• Re-engage inactive customers and address complaints.
• Communicate relevant platform updates to users.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
