Support Communication and Design

Job Description

We're looking for a Support Communication and Design professional to join our team in Dübendorf, Switzerland. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between our internal teams and external stakeholders, combining strategic communication with creative design expertise. You will be responsible for developing compelling visual content, managing communication initiatives, and providing comprehensive support to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder engagement.

• Design and create visual content including graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using industry-standard design software
• Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey organizational messages to diverse audiences
• Coordinate and manage communication projects from conception through delivery, ensuring timely and on-brand execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback
• Maintain design consistency across all communication channels and materials
• Support internal and external stakeholders by responding to design and communication requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Organize and manage communication assets, templates, and design resources
• Analyze communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on stakeholder feedback
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design systems and brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Demonstrated experience in visual design and understanding of design principles
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and managing project timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design systems (preferred)
• Experience in a support, communication, or customer-facing role (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professional standards
