Support Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Level 2 support for the ERP JDEdwards issues.
- Focus on Financial and Distribution modules.
- Liaise with customer IT team.
- Ensure to meet the target SLA.
- Update ticketing system.
- Diploma holder.
- 2 - 3 years of ERP JDEdwards experience.
- Speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge in IT support, SLA awareness, self-initiate in troubleshooting.
- ITIL certificate or similar cert is an advantage.
