Job Summary

As a Support Driver, you will ensure the fleet’s vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use, providing a safe and pleasant rental experience for hirers.

Responsibilities

· Manage the operational readiness of fleet vehicles by scheduling and sending cars and motorcycles for servicing, inspections, IU checkups, and cleaning

· Inspect vehicles regularly to identify and address maintenance needs, such as replacing blown bulbs

· Support internal staff and hirers by responding promptly to their needs and inquiries

· Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to maintain smooth fleet operations

Required competencies and certifications

· Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence

· Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

· Familiarity with smartphones and web technologies to assist with digital service tools

· Own a bike or have the intention to purchase one (preferred but not essential)

· Demonstrate a responsible, friendly, and caring attitude
