In this role you will help evolve a SaaS data governance platform by configuring, supporting, and continuously improving the Collibra environment or similar solutions. You’ll work with business users and technical teams across Dev, QA, and Production, handling incidents, upgrades, and integrations. A mentoring-led, growth-focused culture supports your onboarding and career development. You will shape platform reliability and user experience while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

• Manage and investigate application incidents and support business users; coordinate with technical teams
• Configure and maintain Collibra or a similar SaaS solution, including APIs and connectors across Development, QA, Production
• Open and follow up vendor tickets, identify defects, support upgrades, and implement configuration changes to meet business requirements
• Support integrations and releases, ensuring alignment with new software releases and platform upgrades
Responsabilidades
• Software Engineering background with interest in SaaS and enterprise apps
• Experience with Collibra is highly desirable; similar Data Catalog or Data Governance platforms considered
• Experience in application configuration, incident management, and business xqbhyrx user support
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and environments (Development, QA, Production)
• Familiarity with Jenkins and supporting software releases and platform upgrades
