Support Engineer (Display products)
- Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/ multifunction printers (MFPs) and smart office solutions.
- Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, networking, peripherals)
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
- Experience in copier/ MFP servicing, print solutions, or office automation systems.
