Support Engineer

Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements:

• Active eDV clearance
• Experience with Active Directory and AD FS
• Knowledge of networking, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, and NTLM
• Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems
• Experience in secure government or defence environments
• Existing right to work in the UK; we cannot provide visa sponsorship

• Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of critical Microsoft infrastructure
• Provide advanced second-line support
• Manage incidents and operational requests
• Coordinate changes
