The Company
Our client is a leading Western Australian organisation operating within a complex enterprise environment across manufacturing and industrial operations.

They are currently seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Support Engineer to join their Technology team in Perth. Initial 6 Month Full-Time Contract with Potential to Transition Permanent

The Role
As a JD Edwards Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining critical ERP applications across the business, with a primary focus on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex application issues, working directly with business stakeholders, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.

You will be involved across day-to-day ERP support, JDE package deployments, database troubleshooting, user security, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1/2 application support across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and associated ERP applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues for end users across the business.
  • Respond to urgent ERP incidents and outages, identifying root causes and restoring services as quickly as possible.
  • Participate on deployments of JD Edwards packages across relevant environments.
  • Manage ERP user administration, including account creation, access changes, and security configuration.
  • Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and system changes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
About You
  • Must have 1+ years of experience with JD Edwards (JDE) Support
  • Experience providing Level 1/2 application support and troubleshooting complex ERP issues.
  • Strong understanding of JDE application functionality
  • Exposure to ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with both technical and non-technical users.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Experience working within a large enterprise environment would be highly advantageous.
