Support Engineer (Manual Testing & Client Implementation)

Key Responsibilities: • Test features & report issues • Support client onboarding & training • Prepare simple documentation • Log bugs with clear steps • Provide post-implementation support What We’re Looking For: • 2–3 years in QA/support/implementation • Fast learner with basic web app knowledge • Strong English communication skills • Based in or willing to relocate to Fujairah

• Maritime/logistics software experience • Basic SQL • Exposure to AI tools • 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), application support, or software implementation. • Basic understanding of web applications and software testing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good English communication and client-handling skills. • Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. • Currently based in Fujairah or willing to relocate.
