Position Overview

The Full-Service Counter Sales Support role is a dynamic position that may encompass a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of order fulfillment processes and customer service. This role may involve performing one or more specific duties depending on location and size including clerical support and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

1. Clerical Support

• Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Communicate with relevant departments regarding outstanding workorders or invoice issues.

2. Customer Relations – Internal and External

• Interact with customers during order pickups, accepting payments and applying them to corresponding invoices.
• Efficiently process transactions and locate/prepare ordered parts for a seamless pickup experience.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Actively contribute to improving order fulfillment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

4. Safety

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

5. Perform Other Duties as Assigned
