<p><b>Group Company:</b> BV V</p> <p class="Designation"><b>Designation:</b> Support - Marketing</p> <p class="Office Location"><b>Office Location:</b> </p> <p class="Position description"><b>Position description:</b> Project Plan|Manage Program CFT|Batch trails for new product development|Sales|Production Planning|Budgeting</p> <p class="Primary Responsibilities"><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li>Prepare detailed project plan with defined timelines deliverables to monitor new product development new projects major changes and minor changes ECNs and present it to Head PMG for sign off</li><li>Ensure adherence to the project plan as per APQP quality gating process for new products</li><li>Form project team CFT and identify employees from Marketing Engineering Manufacturing and Sourcing etc for new products ensuring their responsibilities are fulfilled on time</li><li>Develop and implement project controls to manage delays failures risks and issues process adherence cost control and compliances</li><li>Ensure implementation of project planning governance tools framework and risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering to ensure alignment of product design with customer specifications</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering to prepare process flow design and carry out PFMEA</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering to define end of line EOL quality standards PDQA and RQC inspection standards and packaging standards</li><li>Resolve customer escalations with respect to product design process parameters</li><li>Ensure adherence to overall budget of the project</li><li>Stakeholder Management both internal and external</li><li>Ensuring the adherence of communication matrix</li><li>Ensuring the proper Project Handover and Signoff with CFT</li><li>Implementation of project on ZOHO</li><li>Carry out product trails T0 T1 T2 as per the timelines ensure preparation of detailed report based on trials and submission to customers</li><li>Coordinate with customers to gather feedback based on the report prepare recommended action plan to meet customer expectations and carry out further trials</li><li>Attend all the trainings assigned</li><li>Support in getting the sales forecasts and regular sales orders from the customers and prepare daily production plan</li><li>Prepare and review daily dispatch plan by gathering vehicle plan for daily and review of vehicle plan as per the customer demand</li><li>Follow up with customer for material shortage at customer end and customer escalated issues regarding supplies</li><li>Follow up of the concerned authority regarding material shortage and follow up of the respective department PPC member regarding material shortage</li><li>Ensure material inwarding at customer end as per SOB</li><li>Coordination in discussion with customers regarding the shortage or change in schedule projection</li><li>Follow up with the customer to generate indent and interact with the customer to create the indent figure for the upcoming month</li><li>Review the summary of the daily stock quantity lying at the warehouse</li><li>Track the tool sale based on the defined LTS plan on monthly basis</li><li>Prepare the sales plan for the upcoming month for plant based on customer requirement</li><li>Based on indent inventories line productivity manpower available ensure adherence of production plan monthly weekly</li><li>Carry out adherence of capacity planning of the machines and on the basis of capacity constraints coordination in identify vendors for outsourcing If any capacity constraint is observed then plan for the outsourcing with identified suppliers</li><li>Ensure creating of purchase receipt based on production plan and coordinate with purchase to ensure timely receiving of raw materials as per monthly production plan</li><li>Ensure creating purchase request based on production plan as per the monthly production plan</li></ul><p></p> <p class="Additional Responsibilities"><b>Additional Responsibilities:</b> </p> <p class="Reporting Designation Group"><b>Reporting Team</b></p> <ul class="Reporting Designation Group"> <li class="Reporting Designation"><b>Reporting Designation:</b> </li> <li class="Reporting Department"><b>Reporting Department:</b> </li> </ul> <p class="Category Group"><b>Educational qualifications preferred</b></p> <ul class="Category Group"> <li class="Category"><b>Category:</b> Master's Degree<br /></li> <li class="Field specialization"><b>Field specialization:</b> marketing/marketing management<br /></li> <li class="Degree"><b>Degree:</b> Master of Business Administration -
