Support operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Operator to work on providing world-class support around the globe!

● If you are a communicative person, a real trouble-shooter, and do not afraid of multi-tasks;

● If you can explain complicated things in a simple way in English;

● You are a quick learner;

● Typing with both hands is not a big deal for you;

● Love to be a part of a team;

● Night shifts are not scaring you;

● And you have a sense of humour to avoid stress

Main responsibilities:

● Support and provide world-class customer service via chat or helpdesk;

● Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction;

● Handle and resolve customer’s complaints;

● Provide fast feedback about software issues.
