Your new role

A senior hands-on role focused primarily on application support and platform stability, with the opportunity to contribute to Quality Assurance initiatives (approximately 30%). You'll be responsible for managing production issues, defect resolution, release coordination, and stakeholder communication while helping enhance testing practices and release quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operational ownership, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.
