JOB TITLE: Support Service Representative
Location: On Site, Santiago
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provide support for Jostens jewelry and graduation products to consumers, internal/external representatives, and bookstores via phone, e-mail, or written communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Rep Service Rep requests in regard to money
- Handling some types of consumer requests by inbound/outbound phone and written communications relating to orders, status, requests, and general information.
- Open mail and direct to appropriate departments or respond to consumers. Correspond in writing on consumer requests.
- Interface with plant and other departments to resolve questions and problems
- Team participation and responsibilities and special projects.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Placing orders
- Order Status
- Billing status
- Cancellations
- Changes
- Follow-up communication with consumers requesting additional information regarding their current orders
- Brochure requests
- Rush and expediting procedures
- Shipping inquires
- Updating order information
- Refunds and Payment Issues
- Support functions including processing of all incoming mail, labels, order processing, and other general clerical duties as needed.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ Months of experience providing direct customer support
- Proficiency in using a computer and keyboard
- Ring knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Detail-orientated; accuracy in dealing with data and systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve established goals and meet crucial deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful

- Experience in garment or art-related fields
