SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST in code N31C of NMCPAC EAD Unit Pearl Harbor. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.9% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. For additional information, please refer to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Chapter 5 Part B.

You will prioritize and submit work requests and classify priority using NAVFAC guidance.

You will initiate calls to NAVFAC trouble/service desk for urgent/emergency services and provide information on location, problem and type of repairs required, and point-of-contacts.

You will ensure facilities and equipment are professionally maintained at a level that meets mission requirements.

You will identify possible energy conservation measures and promote utilization of the Energy Conservation Savings Program and Energy Conservation Programs.

You will manage, administer, and implement the property control and accountability program to ensure government property is accounted for.
