Support Specialist

Position Details:

· Coordinate outreach and follow-up services for children and families

· Assist with Medicaid billing, claims processing, and insurance navigation

· Conduct Hawk-i enrollment and re-enrollment activities

· Connect families with community resources and healthcare services

· Provide support through phone calls, written communication, and care coordination

· Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community partners

· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality standards are met

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· One to three years of experience in Medicaid billing, healthcare, human services, or a related field preferred

· Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

· Ability to build positive relationships with families and community partners

· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel as needed
