Position: Operations Support Staff
Location: Alliance Recovery
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20-22.00 per hour


About the Role

Alliance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Operations Support Staff Member to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients, staff, and daily operations. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with intakes, and ensure smooth and accurate facility operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete client intakes in EMR and maintain accurate records

  • Organize and upload client documents

  • Conduct and document client drug tests (BAC/UA)

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism

  • Support clients in following facility rules and expectations

  • Maintain supplies and assist with facility organization

  • Provide "observe and report" documentation for client care

  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager & Program Director


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) preferred

  • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or related field preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
