Support Staff for Old Post

Support Staff play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. This position assists servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the dining experience. Support Staff help create a welcoming environment for guests while allowing service staff to focus on customer care.

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
• Refill water, beverages, bread, and condiments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
• Stock supplies (plates, utensils, napkins, glassware, etc.)
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep, dishwashing, or food running as needed
• Remove trash and recycling regularly
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
