Support Staff
Position Summary:
The Support Staff is responsible for providing administrative support to the Treatment Programs team, including managing client records and ensuring the quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security of both paper and electronic files. This role supports data tracking, reporting, and communication with clients and community partners.
Essential Job Duties:
- Review client records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Organize and maintain data within clinical databases and registries
- Monitor and report client outcomes to support quality improvement efforts
- Ensure records are completed in a timely and compliant manner, meeting agency, state, and federal guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with DHS caseworkers, including submitting client progress updates
- Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Receive and process Domestic Violence referrals as they are received
- Consistently adhere to agency policies and procedures
- Accurately record and maintain data electronically for reporting and analysis
- Safeguard client health information and uphold confidentiality and data security standards
- Oversee and manage the Domestic Violence Pantry/Closet
- Provide project and administrative support to the Director as needed
- Local travel may be required
- Perform other duties as assigned, based on training and experience
