1. Prepare Science apparatus for experiments

2. Keep Science apparatus after lessons

Regular

1. Pack Mathematics and Science resources neatly in Mathematics

cupboards and in Science laboratories respectively

2. Perform simple, non-technical repairs and minor maintenance of

equipment and teaching aids (e.g., attaching loose parts,

tightening fittings, replacing simple components and repairing

storage/resource materials)

3. Work with teachers to create simple mainipulatives and/or any

other materials as required in support of Math and Science

programmes

Adhoc

1. Support photo-taking for Mathematics and Science programmes

and activities and the development of teaching and learning

resources

2. Support Mathematics and Science Departments in preparation for

recess activities

3. Work with teachers to take simple Mathematics and/or Science

teaching videos for use as teaching and learning resources

4. Provide administrative support as deployed by the school

Annual

1. Assist the HOD/Science and HOD/Mathematics to develop a stock

list, conduct stocktaking, and maintain the stock list

2. Organise the return and collection of Mathematics and Science

desk copies by teachers
