SUPPORT TECH

Job Summary:

The Support Tech will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facility as well as oversee daily janitorial duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Washing, steam cleaning & power washing floors, trailers, and trucks.
• Helps Mechanic perform light repairs and maintenance.
• Sweeping shop.
• Emptying garbage cans.
• General cleaning includes daily bathroom maintenance, wiping down walls, doors, along with weekly cleaning of shop pit area.
• General facility repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior workers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training offered.
