Support Technician
Salary: $90k - $120k p.a.

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be part of a high-impact team delivering on-site technical support for a key defence initiative. You'll work directly with clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of mission-critical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Set up and configure IT equipment including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Participate in training to build technical and customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
What we're looking for
- Australian Citizenship and NV1 AGSVA Clearance (mandatory).
- A positive, energetic attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude and adaptability to various environments.
- Valid driver's license (travel to client sites may be required).
