Support Technician

Have you got a strong grounding in helpdesk or technical support and are now looking to bring your skills to a fast-growing global MedTech business?

Role: Support Technician
Location: Camberwell (1 day WFH, Full-time, HQ office hours)

The Role:
As our Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support across CardioScan's global operations - resolving requests from both external customers and internal employees via phone, email, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams and other support channels. You'll bring strong customer focus and confident phone-support skills, working closely with IT, Development, Biomed, Clinical Services and Sales teams to resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, and keep customer satisfaction high.

What's in it for you

  • A varied, hands-on role spanning both internal IT support and customer-facing
  • Close collaboration with IT, Development, Biomed, Clinical Services and Sales teams
  • Exposure to a genuinely global business and a broad range of stakeholders - from Leadership and Country Managers to Cardiologists and Clinical teams
  • The chance to build your technical breadth across hardware, software, cloud platforms, M365 and more
  • A supportive team environment where problem-solving and initiative are valued
  • A vibrant Camberwell HQ office, great people, and regular team and company events

Who we're looking for
Years of experience matter less than how you operate.
You're someone who:

  • Has 2+ years' experience in a Helpdesk or technical support role, ideally within a call centre, service desk or customer support environment
  • Is confident handling inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting over the phone, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical users alike
  • Has experience supporting Windows environments, with a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • Is comfortable supporting laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and remote access tools
  • Brings a strong customer service mindset and can handle high call volumes professionally
  • Stays calm under pressure, with sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving instincts
  • Experience in the medical or cardiology sector, and/or Zendesk administration, is highly regarded but not required
