Support Worker | In-Home Aged Care

O&N Healthcare is growing, and we're looking for experienced Aged Care Support Workers to join our team across Metropolitan Melbourne.
You will provide one-on-one support to older Australians in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care and ADL assistance
- Domestic and daily living support
- Shopping and community access
- Companionship and social support
- Respite support for families
You'll be a great fit if you are:

- Confident communicating with older people, families and care teams

$45+ per hour | Casual | Flexible shifts
Italian, Greek, Arabic, Mandarin and Cantonese speakers are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements
We're looking for candidates with:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience preferred
- Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
